2. Best Time to Trek: The best time for Everest Base Camp trekking is during the pre-monsoon (spring) and post-monsoon (autumn) seasons. These periods offer clear skies, stable weather, and stunning views.
3. Permits and Regulations: Ensure you have the necessary permits, including the Sagarmatha National Park Permit and TIMS (Trekkers' Information Management System) card. Follow responsible trekking practices to preserve the pristine Himalayan environment.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,300m/4,264 ft)
Welcome to the Himalayan country of Nepal. Upon your arrival at the Tribhuvan international airport our representative will receive you and assist in the transfer to your hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 02: Kathmandu
Stay in Kathmandu for local sightseeing, preparations etc.
An evening briefing on last-minute specifics about your trek and an early lights-out: you have a big day ahead
Day 3: Transfer to Domestic airport and fly to Lukla (flight) – Phakding- 3 hours to Guest house
Kathmandu to Lukla Flight and Phakding
Altitude: 2,800m/9184ft (Lukla) & 2,652m/8,698ft (Phakding)
Walking Distance: 8km (3-4 hours)
After a short morning flight to Lukla, you’ll be introduced to your guide and porter. Kick off your trek with an easy walk through Chaurikharka village and descent towards DudhkoshiGhat (2,530m/8,300ft). The trail follows the bank of the Dudhkoshi River until Phakding (2,652m/8,700ft), where we will be staying for the night to acclimatize. Enjoy your free time in Phakding, a popular stopping point.

Day 4: Phakding - Namche Bazaar -6 hours -Guest house
Altitude: 3,440m/11,283ft
Walking Distance: 10-12km (5-6 hours)
We’ll have breakfast in Phakding before gearing up for the trek to Namche Bazaar, the biggest sherpa village in Nepal. Our trail takes us first over the Dudhkoshi River via a long suspension bridge, and then through a beautiful pine forest to Monjo, about two hours away. Soon thereafter, we will approach the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park for a brief permit check and then descend to DudhKosi River (spotting Mani stones along the way!) en route to Jorsale. Lunch will be served here, and then it’s uphill to Namche. Our path along the riverbank is flanked by two crossings, one of which is the Hillary Suspension Bridge. It’s a tough climb up the hill to our resting place, but you’ll be rewarded in Namche Bazaar with your first glimpse of Everest in its majesty

Day 5: Namche Bazar (acclimatization) -- 6 hours /Guest house
Altitude: 3,440m/11,283ft
At this point, we take a well-deserved break! Today will be spent resting and allowing our bodies to become acclimatized to the lofty altitude. There’s an optional 2 hour hike to Everest View Point, an uphill walk that will help speed acclimatization. Otherwise, spend the day exploring Namche Bazaar. Check out the Sherpa museum for an overview of the Sherpa culture and history of mountaineering. On Saturdays, the Hatt Bazaar is open for trading and an intimate look at the locals’ marketplace. It is part of the larger Namche Bazaar, a shopping hub filled with all manner of trekking and mountaineering clothing and equipment

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche Monastery - 6 hours/ Guest house
Start your day with a quick ascend followed by a flat trail to reach Kyanjuma. Travel downhill from there to reach PhunkiTenga. Cross the DudhKoshi River to reach Tengboche Monastery, the most important monastery in the region. Depending upon the weather and other factors, you might end your day in Debuche (3800m).

Day 7: Debuche- Dingboche- 6-7 hours / Guest house
Make a quick descend to Debuche (if you did not do it yesterday) before starting an uphill climb towards Pangboche. See Everest, Amadablam and Nuptse mountains along the way. Stop in Pangboche for tea before continuing to Somare for lunch. Travel through the Imja Valley and cross Lobuche Stream before ascending to Dingboche (4,410m).

Day 8: Dingboche (acclimatization) -4-5 hours /Guest house
The settlement of Dingboche is gorgeous, with fields and pastures flanked by stone walls. Explore the village or relax in your hotel and allow your body to acclimatize to the changing altitude. You can also participate in one of our optional hikes to Nangkartshang Peak or the Chhukung Valley.

Day 9: Dingboche – Lobuche - 5-6 hours / Guest house
A difficult day with steep climbing awaits you. The day starts will a gradual climb to Dughla, where we will stop for a quick lunch. It will be an early lunch today but we do not have another option before reaching Lobuche.
A steep climb from Dughla will take us to the memorial of famous mountaineers such as Scott Fischer and BabuChiri Sherpa. Enter the Khumbu Glacier area and follow the route to Lobuche (4,910m), where you will be spending your night.

Day 10: Lobuche - Gorakshep - Everest Base Camp – Gorakshep -8-10 hours / Guest house
The first section of the trail will take you to Gorakshep via the Khumbu Glacier. Drop your bags and enjoy your lunch in Gorakshep before heading to Everest Base Camp (5,364m). The trail takes you through terrain strewn with rocks, moraines, streams and a glacier. Reach Everest Base Camp, located in the middle of the Khumbu Glacier. Return to Gorakshep for an overnight stay.
If you can muster some energy and if the weather gods permit, we will hike up to Kala Patthar late in the afternoon to enjoy sunset. Please note that it's not easy to cover Gorakshep, Everest Base Camp and Kala Patthar on the same day.

Day 11: Kala Patthar (5,545m) – Pangboche -- 8-9 hours / Guest house
In case you could not make it to Kala Patthar yesterday, today is your chance. Clamber up to this famous landmark located above Gorakshep and enjoy amazing views of the mountains shining in the color of the morning sun.
Spend some time there before descending to Gorakshep. Grab your breakfast and start your downhill journey to Pangboche. A sunset view of Mount Amadablam from Pangboche is an unforgettable experience.

Day 12: Pangboche - Namche Bazaar - 7-8 hours / Guest house
Continue your journey downhill. Cross the DudhKosi River and make a steep climb to Kyanjuma. From this point on, the trail is largely flat or downhill until you reach the headquarters of Sagarmatha National Park just above Namche.

Day 13: Namche Bazaar – Lukla -7-8 hours / Guest house
A long day on a downhill trail awaits you. The last day of this trek is full of steep descends along the DudhKosi until you reach Phakding for lunch. The trail from Phakding to Lukla is mostly a gentle, uphill climb.

Day 14: Lukla –Lukla (flight) -40 minutes and Drive to Kathmandu Hotel
Transfer to the airport to catch an early morning flight to Kathmandu. Upon arriving in Kathmandu, transfer to your hotel. Your guide will accompany you for a complimentary farewell dinner hosted NY us at a traditional Nepalese restaurant.

Day 15: Departure from Kathmandu
You could indulge in last-minute shopping of souvenirs or gifts for your family, friends or relatives until your departure flight/drive or to commence any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us. You will be transferred to the International Airport for your onward journey.
